About the Initiative

The #PayWhatYouCan Masterclass Academy is an empowering learning and fundraising initiative by The Shola Adefolalu Gaska Foundation (TSAGF) — also known as The Sholly Smile Factory.

Our goal is simple yet profound: To make personal growth and transformation accessible to all — while raising vital support for women and children rebuilding their lives at The Sholly Serenity Place (TSSP), our safe haven for survivors of domestic abuse.

Every quarter in 2026, we host expert-led online masterclasses across areas like finance, leadership, communication, service, wellness, and purpose. Participants "pay what they can" — and every naira raised goes directly toward the operations of TSSP.

It's a win-win: You learn. You grow. You help others heal.

How much should I pay for a masterclass? +

We operate on a "pay what you can" model. The suggested range is ₦2,000 to ₦10,000 per masterclass, but you can pay more if you're able to support our cause further, or less if that's what your circumstances allow. The important thing is participation!

What if I can't attend the live session? +

All registered participants will receive a recording of the masterclass after the live session, so you can watch it at your convenience.

Can I register for multiple masterclasses? +

Absolutely! You can register for as many masterclasses as you'd like. We even offer a discounted bundle rate if you register for all five sessions in the pilot program.

How exactly will my payment help survivors? +

100% of proceeds go directly to The Sholly Serenity Place (TSSP), our safe haven for survivors of domestic abuse. Your contribution helps provide safe accommodation, food, counseling, and other support services for women and children rebuilding their lives.
